Move it for Mental Health - 2023 Video / photo campaign for Mind HK.

Updated: Jul 25, 2023

Video and photo content for the 2023 'Move it for Mental Health' campaign by Mind HK, funded by Lululemon HK.

The content celebrates the beautiful scenery of Hong Kong, with cinematic aerial video over some of Hong Kong's most scenic natural landscapes. We worked with Lululemon ambassadors Camille Cheng, Olmen Chu, Benjamin Root, Jess Shih and David Drabek. The message behind the video is to encourage you to take a break from the busy city life and get out in nature for better mental and physical health. One of the most important parts of the shoot was picking the right locations. We wanted to capture a mixture of places, near and far from the city centre, that show off some amazing scenery. We picked sunset at Braemar hill, Sharp Island in Sai Kung and High Island Reservoir.
