What types of events do you cover?
We cover a wide range of events including sports events, corporate events, bran events, store openings, music events, workshop events, educational events, art events, lifestyle events, fashion events and more. With 11 years of events of multidisciplinary experience, you are in good hands.

What is your availability for booking?
It's best to book your date as early as possible, especially for popular times of the year. Please contact us here to check availability for your event date.

What is included in your photography packages?
Our packages generally include pre-event consultation, coverage of the event, and a gallery/folder link with your specified number of edited photos. Detailed pricing and package options are available upon request.

How long will it take to receive the edited photos?
Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 2-3 days after the event. We prioritize quality and ensure each image is carefully edited. If you require same day / next day editing services that can be provided for an additional fee.

How many edited photos do we get?
The total number of edited photos you receive will be around ~50-60 per hour of shoot. So if you make a booking of 4 hours expect to receive around ~200-240 edited photos. Number of final edited photos will be clarified in the quote.

Can we get the raw files?
Yes, raw files can be requested for an additional fee. However we do not supply raw files as part of a standard booking, the selected, edited photos are typically only provided.

How are the edited photos delivered?
All images will be sent to you on a Google Drive or Adobe Lightroom Gallery link. These links can be made private or public as requested.

How long will the link be available to download the images?
The link will be online for 12 months only. Please download and backup your files offline. We will not be held responsible for providing or recovering any photos / deliverables thereafter.

Can you accommodate larger events with a bigger team?
Yes, we can provide a larger team of photographers and assistants for big events to ensure we capture every moment. Please let us know the details of your event so we can discuss the best options.

Can I request specific shots or poses?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share any specific shot requests beforehand to ensure we capture everything you envision.

How do I secure my booking?
To secure your booking, we require a signed quote/contract and a 50% deposit. The details will be outlined in. the quote once you confirm your interest. We cannot reserve any dates for your booking until the deposit is processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer through invoice is preferred. We can accept various forms of payment including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Specific payment policies will be detailed in your contract.

Do you offer a consultation before the event?
Yes, we provide a pre-event consultation to discuss your vision, important details, and any specific requests you may have.

What kind of equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade Sony full frame cameras and lenses, along with backup equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly during your event.

Are the images edited?
Yes, all selected images are carefully edited to enhance quality, ensuring you receive beautifully polished photos.

Can I see samples of your previous work?
Absolutely! We have a portfolio available above on this page, and we can also provide additional examples upon request.

What if my event runs longer than expected?
If your event exceeds the agreed-upon time, we will do our best to accommodate extra coverage based on our availability for an additional fee. The fee will remain the same as the price per hr. agreed upon in the quote.

Will you travel for destination events?
Yes, we love to travel! Please contact us with the event details, and we can discuss travel arrangements and any additional costs.

How do you handle low-light situations?
We are equipped with the latest and greatest camera gear on the market, we use the latest low-light lenses and use techniques to capture stunning images even in very dark environments, ensuring nothing is missed. Flash is also used where necessary.

Can you provide a second shooter?
Yes, we can provide a second shooter to capture different angles and moments, enhancing the coverage of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellation by Client: If an event is canceled by the client within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the 50% deposit paid to the photographer will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Due to Extreme Weather: In the event of extreme weather conditions, such as a typhoon, the client is entitled to a full refund of the 50% deposit or may choose to reschedule the shoot to a later date at no additional cost.

What are the copyright and usage rights for the edited event photos?
All bookings come with basic digital and physical usage rights for you. However, the photographer retains the copyright to the images and must be credited when using the images for publications or press. If you require full copyright buyout of the images, this can be provided for a fee. Additionally, the photographer retains the right to share the images and project as part of their portfolio.
