Lighting changes throughout the day, and the final result depends on it. I plan shoots to capture the most flattering and accurate light for the space—helping rooms look naturally bright, balanced, and well-presented.
 

4) Do you photograph interiors and exteriors?

Yes. Depending on your goals and scope, I can photograph:

• Interiors (rooms, layout, key features, and details)

• Exteriors (curb appeal, building presence, and exterior finishes)

• Often a combination of both
   

5) Do you offer aerial/drone photography?

Yes. I offer aerial/drone services to capture unique exterior angles and provide a stronger sense of scale, layout, and property presence. Drone services are additional fee.
 

6) What makes your architectural photography different?

I have a degree in architecture, so I bring a deep understanding of architectural projects and how to present spaces with the strongest angles and proportions.

My architecture work has also won many awards for my unique angles, helping spaces feel intentional, detailed, and visually compelling.
 

7) What’s included in your photography service?

Your photos are professionally captured and curated to show the space in the strongest way, typically including:

• Key rooms/areas (based on your scope)

• Strong architectural angles and visual flow

• Final edited delivery to the agreed standard

Exact coverage depends on project complexity and what you request.
 

8) How do the photo selections work?

You’ll receive a first gallery for selects so you can choose which images you want finalized and fully edited.
 

9) What is your turnaround time?

• First gallery (for selects): within 1 week

• Edited photos turnaround: usually 2–3 weeks, depending on the amount of edits needed
   

10) How much do you charge?

Photography services typically start at a day rate of 15,000 HKD per day.

Important: There is an editing fee on top of the daily 15,000 HKD shoot rate.
The editing fee is calculated based on the project scope (for example: number of selected images, complexity of edits, and style requirements).

Package prices can be discussed—tell me your needs and I’ll recommend the best option.
 

11) Do you offer video?

Yes—video services are available. Please enquire separately for availability, scope, and pricing.
 

12) How do I book your services?

To book, please email me and share:

• Property type (residential/commercial/hotel/retail)

• Location

• Your preferred shoot dates/times

• Your goals (listing, portfolio, brand marketing, renovations, etc.)

• Any deadlines

Then I’ll confirm availability and recommend the best approach based on your requirements.
 

13) What should we prepare before the shoot?

To ensure the best results, it helps to:

• Reduce clutter where possible

• Ensure key areas are accessible

• Have lighting sources ready (lights turned on/available as appropriate)

• Confirm access and entry details
   

14) What about licensing and usage rights?

Your package includes a basic license for use on social media and websites (and non-commercial sharing/posting).

If you want to advertise or market with the photos commercially (for paid advertising campaigns or commercial marketing usage beyond basic posting), a commercial usage fee applies.
