Commissioned artwork to celebrate the vibrant imagery of Hong Kong to see in the new year as part of the city's official NYE countdown celebrations. The artwork was displayed as part of the countdown for 2022 on the side of the 14 floor high M+ museum.
Project Brief:
· Using existing images from my photography portfolio to create an exciting digital art piece with joyful festive atmosphere to celebrate the New Year and inject positivity to the community.
· Promote Hong Kong as a world class international destination.
Theme: A NEW YEAR OF OPENNESS
Show different walks of life in Hong Kong showing their openness in different places and ways.
Open to the new year and open to new experiences, showcasing what the city has to offer, as well as the open spirit of the people who live here.
Overall tone: Festive, joyful, positive, exciting (especially for the last hour, 23:00-23:59), forward looking
